The converter (1) has an input shaft (2) that is in effective connection with a transmission unit (3) and transforms from small number of revolutions to high number of revolutions. Output shafts (4-6) of the transmission unit have different speed ratios with respect to the input shaft. Generators (7-9) are in effective connection with each of the output shafts due to transmission-mechanical coupling and/or interconnection of the output shafts. The output shafts are in effective connection with a gear wheel and/or a shaft and/or an intermediate shaft of a spur gear.
