PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead module capable of arranging a switch of a comparatively low operation frequency without deteriorating the appearance of a design face or operability in usage. SOLUTION: This overhead module 1 assembled to an opening provided to an interior part of a vehicle ceiling to the inside of a compartment includes at least one vehicle-mounted electronic equipment (spot lamp 12), a switch 14 for selecting a control of the vehicle-mounted equipment, and a housing 11, in which the vehicle-mounted electronic equipment and the switch are arranged. The housing has an exposure part 11a closing the opening when it is assembled to the opening and exposed to the inside of the compartment, and an embedded part 11b embedded to project to the outside of the compartment from the opening when it is assembled to the opening.
