PURPOSE: An airbag for a movable weir, a manufacturing method thereof, and a movable weir manufactured using the same are provided to prevent foreign materials, earth and sand from being loaded by circulating bottom water. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an airbag for a movable weir is as follows. A rubber member is divided into a front part(11a) and a rear part(11b). The rubber member is folded up so that the front part and the rear part can be overlapped. The folded rubber member is divided into a main part and an auxiliary part. The folded rubber member is re-folded up so that the main part and the auxiliary part can be overlapped. The auxiliary part in which the main part is not overlapped is cut.
