PURPOSE: A method for reducing immunostimulation property and improving serum stability of siRNA is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for reducing immunostimulation property and improving serum stability of siRNA comprises: a step of only changing uridine residue in a sense strain of siRNA without changing other reside in antisense of siRNA. The uridine residue in a sense strain of siRNA is deformed by changing 2'-OH of ribose ring to 2'-O-methyl group or 2'-fluoro group. The length of siRNA IS 19-29 nucleotides.
