PURPOSE: A real time keyword registering/searching method through a wire and wireless network, a server, and a recording medium thereof are provided to perform real time registration or search of a keyword by sorting the keyword according to a location or an individual person through the wire and wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A first search keyword and a location keyword are registered in a server(S310). The server provides communication information with corresponding subscriber information of a specific search keyword which is in associated with the specific location keyword of a second terminal to the second terminal(S330). If the specific location keyword is not inputted, the server provides the communication information with the target subscriber information of the specific search keyword which is in associated with the location keyword corresponding to the current position of the second terminal to the second terminal.
