PURPOSE: A method, a system, an apparatus for transforming standardization report used free style report are provided to enhance accuracy of the bibliographic information and fidelity of data and reduce a registration error when the non-fixed report changes into the fixed report. CONSTITUTION: A subject information connection unit stores subject information. An electron original transform unit extracts bibliographic information from a non-fixed report according to subject information using a conversion program and records the bibliographic information into corresponding area of the fixed report. A user manager unit authenticates a user who uses the non-fixed report and the fixed report. A memory stores the non-fixed report and the fixed report. A search unit searches information stored in the memory according to an inputted search request.
