<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sufficient toner charging performance while improving agitation mixing performance of a two-component developer stored in a developer storage section. <P>SOLUTION: This developing apparatus is provided with: a developer holding body 172; a first developer storage section 173; a second developer storage section 174; a developer conveying member 176 agitating and conveying the two-component developer in a predetermined axial direction to be supplied to the developer holding body 172; and a developer agitation mixing member 177 agitating and mixing the two-component developer. The developer conveying member 176 has a spiral conveying blade 176b, while the developer agitation mixing member 177 has a plate-like agitation mixing blade 177b extended over the axial direction and radially projected. The inner peripheral wall of the second developer storage section 174 is formed with a developer conveyance guide means 178 guiding the two-component developer agitated and mixed by the developer agitation mixing member 177, to move in a reverse direction of the conveying direction of the developer conveying member 176. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
