<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential gear for vehicles in which durabilities of a pinion gear and differential case can be improved by dispersing a torque load from the pinion gear to the differential case. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The differential gear for vehicles includes a pair of side gears connected to a pair of output shafts, respectively, a pair of pinion gears 3 to be engaged with the side gear with vertically crossing gear axes with the side gears and a differential case 2 housing the pair of pinion gears 3 and pair of side gears inside. The differential case 2 has a pair of pinion gear supporting holes 10A which rotatably support the outer peripheries of the pair of pinion gears 3, respectively, and the inner peripheries of the holes 10A are formed of curved surfaces conforming to the outer peripheries of the pair of pinion gears 3 over part of the outer circumference.
