<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for bolts having a high retaining force against separation from a stud bolt. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A tube section 50 of a clip 10 for bolts has a pair of engaging pawls 55, 55 formed in the inner face side thereof to abut against a shaft section 2 of the stud bolt to retain and a pair of supporting strips 60, 60 formed by extending the engaging pawls 55, 55 from a base end 60A, the upper end of a bending piece 53 formed at the top end, diagonally downward to a location slightly beyond the lower end 50A of the tube section 50.
