<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosetting fluorine compound having excellent properties of fluorine compounds and excellent compatibility with non-fluorine organic compounds. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The compound is a fluorine-containing acrylate or a fluorine-containing α-substituted acrylate having a cyclic siloxane structure, e.g. a compound expressed by formula (A) (in the formula, Rf is a perfluoropolyether residue expressed by formula (4); in the formula (4), j, k, l and m are each an integer of 0-50 to give Rf molecular weight of 200-6,000; and X is F or trifluoromethyl).
