PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the improvement of efficiency of the work of measuring an irradiation dose of radiation. SOLUTION: The radiotherapy management and control device 1 is connected to a dosimeter 7 to repeatedly measure an irradiation dose of radiation. The radiotherapy management and control device 1 repeatedly receives measurement data of an irradiation dose from the dosimeter 7 and controls the measuring action of the dosimeter 7 in accordance with received measurements.
