<p>The present invention relates to a miniature electric motor, in particular a servo motor, comprising a fixed part (1a) and a rotating part (2a) arranged therein. Said parts (1a, 2a) have an electric coil (5) and a permanent magnet (3), in particular with a magnetic return path part (4). The fixed part (1a) and the rotating part (2a) are each in the form of circuit carriers with a three-dimensional shape. Furthermore, the invention relates to a capacitive position encoder, comprising two parts, which are capable of moving relative to one another, with electrode faces, which are arranged in an air gap formed between the parts, in particular for use in a miniature electric motor according to the invention.</p> |
