The invention relates to a method for the machine-washing of crockery comprising at least one rinsing or cleaning step, the crockery being sprayed with an aqueous washing liquor during each rinsing or cleaning step and the washing liquor, in the case of several rinsing or cleaning steps, being at least partly exchanged between the rinsing or cleaning steps. The invention is characterized in that a) a preparation A, containing at least one protease and, optionally, a. at least another enzyme, in particular at least one amylase, and/or b. at least one enzyme stabilizer and/or c. at least one polymer and/or d. at least one bleach activator and/or e. at least one bleach catalyst, is added at a time tto at least one washing liquor; b) a preparation B, containing at least one alkalizing agent and, optionally, a. at least one complexing agent and/or b. at least one polymer, is added at a time tto at least one washing liquor; c) a preparation C, containing at least one bleaching agent and, optionally, a. at least one non-aqueous solvent and/or b. at least one bleach activator and/or c. at least one bleach catalyst, is added at a time tto at least one washing liquor; wherein the preparations A, B and C differ in their composition, at least one of the preparations A, B and C contains at least one surfactant, at least one of the preparations A and B is liquid and at least one washing liquor contains at least temporarily both protease and bleaching agent.
