PURPOSE: A vertical duct fixing member of an apartment house is provided to steadily install a vertical duct by using a left and right combining links and a connecting link which interlinks the combining links. CONSTITUTION: A vertical duct fixing member(10) of an apartment house comprises: a fixing part which is formed with combining a left and right combining link and a connecting link and is inserted into a vertical duct(1) with being formed of a ring shape and wherein a combining plate is includes in one end of the left combining link and the right combining link; a hinge member which is included in the left end and the right end of the connecting link in order to freely rotate the left and right combining link; and a fastening member which closely adheres the left and right combining link to the vertical duct with being inserted in the combining plate. The fixing part which covers the vertical duct is included of the links of 3 and pressurizes the vertical duct while tightening the fastening member.
