GUARDRAIL IMPROVED OF SAFETY FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A guardrail for a road with an improved safety function is provided to completely absorb impact occurred when a vehicle collides with the guardrail, and to safely protect a driver, a passenger, and a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A guardrail for a road with an improved safety function comprises multiple shock absorbing plates(20) and shock absorbing plate coupling bodies(30). The shock absorbing plates are formed in one side of a guardrail plate(15). The guardrail plate is located to be contiguous to a road. The shock absorbing plates are composed of a rubber material for absorbing shock. The shock absorbing plate coupling bodies are formed between the shock absorbing plates. Fitting grooves are formed in the shock absorbing plate coupling bodies, and both sides of the fitting grooves are bent.
