<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing control device which, when printing a printing job of a large number of pages then re-printing a plurality of pages within the printing job, efficiently re-printing the plurality of pages without affecting other printing jobs. <P>SOLUTION: The printing control device includes a means of adding the register number to re-printing job information specifying printing object pages in the printing job and registering the re-printing job information; a means of discriminating whether a job is an ordinary printing job or a re-printing job based on received data; a means of collating whether the registered re-printing job information is the same as the printing data from a high order device in the case of the re-printing job; a means of searching for the registered re-printing job information, with the registered number as a key in the case of the same printing job; and a means of taking out the data of re-printing job information as a result of search. Printing object pages that are distributed in a plurality of places of the printing job received from the high order device, are extracted and printed according to the printing object pages of the re-printing job information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
