<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new monoclonal antibodies to human endothelin receptor type A (hETAR). <P>SOLUTION: An anti-human endothelin receptor type A monoclonal antibody produced by Hybridoma hA125 (FERM P-21707), and an anti-human endothelin receptor type A monoclonal antibody produced by Hybridoma hA137 (FERM P-21708), are provided. These monoclonal antibodies react on the extracellular loop of hETAR but react on neither the N-terminated domain of hETAR, the C-terminated domain of hETAR, nor the intracellular loop of hETAR; besides, may inhibit binding an endothelin receptor and a natural ligand to each other, and also may inhibit natural-ligand-specific signal transmission having the endothelin receptor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
