<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head capable of suppressing the dispersion of displacement property of a piezoelectric element, a liquid discharge device, an actuator device, and a method for manufacturing the liquid discharge head. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid discharge head has a piezoelectric element 300 having a first electrode 60, a piezoelectric body layer 70, and a second electrode 80, the first electrode 60 formed in an area facing an area where the electric body layer 70 is formed has a first electroconductive layer 61 and a second electroconductive layer 62 consisting of a material with lesser Young's modulus than that of the first electroconductive layer 61 and formed a flow passage forming substrate 10 side from the first electroconductive layer 61, and the surface of the first electrode 60 is constituted of the second electroconductive layer 62 in the first electrode 61 formed in an area facing an area where the piezoelectric layer 70 is not formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
