PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the rotation of a stepping motor to reduce noise. SOLUTION: In a stepping motor driving device, a high-frequency generating unit 24 raises or lowers a control value at a rate higher than a rate in an audible band to generate a first control value. A low-frequency generating unit 51 raises or lowers the control value at a rate lower than the first control value to generate a second control value, based on an instruction signal from a controller. A comparison unit 52 compares the first control value with the second control value, and an output unit 53 outputs a drive signal for driving a stepping motor M, based on the results of comparison.
