PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent dispensing device capable of avoiding completely contamination between reagents by a comparatively inexpensive method, and to provide an automatic analyzer using the reagent dispensing device, and a reagent dispensation method. SOLUTION: In this reagent dispensing device including a dispensing probe 60 for sucking/discharging a reagent, an arm 61 for supporting the dispensing probe 60, a dispensing probe transfer part for transferring the dispensing probe 60, and a pipe for connecting each part, each dispensing probe 60 is provided in an opening part of a reagent container 2a relative to each reagent container 2a, and when dispensing the reagent stored in the reagent container 2a, dispensation is performed by connecting the dispensing probe 60 to the arm 61.
