<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high temperature combustion device capable of positively and inexpensively disposing medical waste, waste plastic, raw garbage, or the like with high safety. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an autonomous combustion device, using waste as a subject, a single or a plurality of insertion openings 132 for air insertion is disposed with respect to a cylindrical combustion chamber, spiral swirl combustion is generated in the combustion chamber, a furnace wall in a cylindrical or conical furnace is protected from under high temperature by the swirl combustion, generation of harmful dioxin or the like is prevented by generating swinging rotation combustion in a very high temperature atmosphere in combustion of waste plastic or the like, energy saving is achieved by carrying out heat exchange of obtained high temperature exhaust and using it in multipurpose application, and safety is emphasized also by providing an epidemic prevention effect.
