Ž<P>SOLUTION: In composing the water heater remote controller 100A allowing two-way communication by an intercommunication system function with another water heater remote controller 100B, it includes a communication demand management part RM sending a communication demand to the other water heater remote controller when transmission of the communication demand is indicated, communication demand notifying parts 93, 95b carrying out notification when there is a communication demand from the other water heater remote controller, a suspension management part HM putting the intercommunication system function in a suspended state when suspension of the intercommunication system function is indicated and transmitting a suspension notification to the other water heater remote controller, and suspension notifying parts 93, 95b carrying out notification when there is a suspension notification from the other water heater remote controller.
