<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package with a hidden pocket simply storing and protecting tags such as IC tags and card slips without spoiling design properties of the surface of the package, and also to provide its manufacturing method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The package has a packaging body 2 for packaging a predetermined article. On the inner face of an edge part 22 bonded to a flap 21 for fastening among inner faces of this packaging body 2, the hidden pocket 3 storing the tags T is provided so that its opening part 31 faces outside of the edge part 22, and a tags inserting opening 4 communicating with the opening part 31 of the hidden pocket 3 is provided in a gap of the connecting face between the inner face of the edge part 22 and the flap 21 for fastening.
