<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that previously, users apply nonwoven cloth impregnated with a lip packing liquid agent or the liquid agent directly to their lips and quietly waits for the agent to infiltrate the lips as a function and a shape to pack their lips but the method has no vibrating, rubbing, compressing or massaging effect at all partly because the liquid agent evaporates. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the users hold the mouthpiece portion of the infiltration and compression equipment in their mouths or between the teeth, since the part impregnated with the liquid agent and abutting against the lips has a vibrating, rubbing, compressing and massaging effect on the lips and can strengthen the moisturizing effect of the agent by restraining the liquid agent from evaporating, the infiltration and compression equipment for a liquid agent for lip packing can provide the effect of improving the circulation of the blood in the lips and further promoting the infiltration of the liquid agent. The formation of the part coming into direct contact with the lips into a solid lip shape helps prevent the liquid agent from wastefully evaporating even when the agent is directly applied or the nonwoven cloth impregnated with the lip pack liquid agent is used.
