<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravity-center lowered device which can lower a position of the gravity center when an infant and a child ride on a conventional bicycle, and is achieved in stable ride comfortableness and the ease of use during traveling and stop. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A basket 6 is attached in a right and left direction within a range 11 of the surrounding of a front wheel 2 located lower than a handle bar 5 of the conventional bicycle. Total weight loaded to the basket balances with total weight loaded on the handle bar to lower the gravity center. The movement of the gravity center allows to obtain stable ride comfortableness and the ease of use. The device to lower the gravity center can be attached to the conventional bicycle when it is a new one, and also can be retrofitted to an existing bicycle.
