<p>PURPOSE: A plant which produces lightweight mixing material and a method for improving soft ground using lightweight mixing material are provided to produce lightweight mixing material for reinforcing soft ground by mixing fly ashes, gypsum, and cement. CONSTITUTION: A plant producing lightweight mixing material comprises: a fly ash supply hopper(10); a feeder conveyor(20) which supplies fly ash in a certain amount; a belt conveyor(30) which transfers a certain amount of fly ash upwardly; cement silo(40) in which cement is stored; an admixture mixing machine(50) which is able to stir cement, water, and gypsum; a transfer pump for transferring admixture upward; a twin shaft mixer(90) which stirs the admixture; a storage hopper(95) storing lightweight mixing material through the twin shaft mixer; and a plant flame(100) supported by a framework.</p> |
