<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing utensil in a simple construction of integrally forming a clip body and a tube in one piece by two-color forming using synthetic resin, which does not generate forming defect such as sink mark at the leg of a clip body and yet has bending flexibility at a plate of the clip body. <P>SOLUTION: In the writing utensil of synthetic resin which forms integrally the tube and the clip body consisting of a leg and a plate extending in longitudinal direction of the tube from the leg in one piece by two-color forming, the tube and the extension extending outward from the tube are primary formed and the leg and the plate of the clip body are secondary formed and, while the tube and the clip body are integrally formed in one piece, the upper portion of the extension is formed smaller than the lower portion of the extension and the leg of the clip body covers over the extension. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
