<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an objective lens made of plastics in order to enhance productivity and lightness in weight and to suitably reduce coma aberration even when an environmental temperature is changed. <P>SOLUTION: An optical pickup includes: a light source 31; the objective lens 34 for condensing an optical beam on an optical disk; an optical detector 39 for receiving and detecting the optical beam reflected by the optical disk; an objective lens drive unit 49 for driving the objective lens in a tilt direction to perform a lens-tilt; and a lens-tilt sensitivity detection unit for detecting lens-tilt sensitivity. When the lens-tilt sensitivity detected by the lens-tilt sensitivity detection unit is a fixed value or more, the lens-tilt of the objective lens 34 is performed and lens-tilt correction is performed so that a signal detected by the optical detector 39 is made satisfactory, and when the lens-tilt sensitivity detected by the lens-tilt sensitivity detection unit is less than the fixed value, the lens-tilt correction is not performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
