<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus enabling a user who has outputted a processing request currently processed by the image processing apparatus to allow interruption and execution of a processing request from another user in a standby state, and to provide an image processing system using this image processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes: a notifying section for notifying a user who is executing a permission processing request that a processing request in standby state exists which has been set in the setting section; an instruction section for giving the instruction of the user of the processing request during execution as to whether the execution of the processing request in standby state should be permitted or not based on the notification from the notifying section; and an interruption control section for controlling the executing section so that when the instructing section instructs to permit the execution of the processing request in a standby state from the user who is executing, the execution of the processing request of the permission is interrupted to execute the instructed processing request in standby state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
