摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystalline cellulose complex compound as a milk beverage stabilizer, which is added to a milk component-containing beverage to produce a beverage remarkably suppressed in generation of oil ring, oil off, coagulation, precipitation, or the like, even if the milk component-containing beverage is a beverage such as milk coffee or milk tea containing a large amount of a milk component. <P>SOLUTION: The crystalline cellulose complex compound contains crystalline cellulose, alginic acid ester, and an emulsifier.
