摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve timing control device achieving space saving of a regulation means regulating the relative rotational position of a camshaft with respect to a timing sprocket. SOLUTION: A phase conversion mechanism 4 includes: an eccentric control plate 6 connected to a housing 5 through a plurality of bolts 7; an eccentric drive plate 24 eccentrically moved through a drive ball 26 with respect to the eccentric control plate by an eccentric cam 25 rotated by an electric motor 12; and a driven plate 29 connected to the camshaft 2. The relative rotational phases of the timing sprocket 1 and camshaft are converted by controlling to a predetermined reduction ratio by the eccentric movement of the eccentric drive plate, and a stopper portion 29b provided on the periphery of the driven plate is rotatively regulated between a pair of bolts 7a, 7b, thereby regulating a relative rotational position.
