PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head excelling in piezoelectric characteristics and degradation characteristics, and a liquid jetting apparatus and a piezoelectric actuator. SOLUTION: The liquid jet head is provided with a pressure generating chamber 12 communicating with a nozzle opening 21; and a piezoelectric element 300 including a first electrode 60, a piezoelectric layer 70 having a perovskite structure formed on the first electrode 60 and shown by ABO<SB>3</SB>in general formula, and a second electrode 80 formed on the side, opposite to the first electrode 60, of the piezoelectric layer 70. Lead exists in a B-site of the piezoelectric layer 70, and in Raman shift obtained by Raman scattering of the piezoelectric layer 70, the peak position of A<SB>1</SB>(3LO) is 710-712 cm<SP>-1</SP>.
