PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform measuring device capable of performing history search with intuitive operation feeling. SOLUTION: The waveform measuring device is configured such that a searching zone is set at least in a part of a waveform display, and the waveform data where part of the waveform is involved in the set search zone is extracted from all history waveform data stored in the history memory and is displayed. The device is constituted with a position designating means designating a desired position on the waveform display and a search zone setting means displaying the search zone at the position designated by the position designating means.
