PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more efficient administration of an active substance through the skin (i.e. transdermal drug delivery), and to increase therapeutic efficacy. SOLUTION: A method for producing a composition containing hydroxyapatite fine particles is equipped with: a step of spraying a suspension containing hydroxyapatite from a multi-channel gas atomizing spray nozzle into a drying chamber to produce a spray composed of hydroxyapatite fine particles in the drying chamber; and a step of drying the spray composed of the hydroxyapatite fine particles to produce hydroxyapatite fine particles having an average particle diameter of≤10μm.
