PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealing property of a joint of frictional agitation bonding. SOLUTION: A support surface 15a comprising a level difference bottom surface a dimension H1 equal to the thickness H1 of a sealing body 30 below is formed at an opening peripheral edge 12a of a recess 11 of a jacket body 10, a sealing body 30 is placed on the support surface 15a to bring a level difference side surface 15b of the jacket body 10 and an outer circumferential surface 30b of the sealing body 30 into contact with each other, and a plasticized area 41 is formed by making a round by a rotary tool 50 along a contact portion 40 between the level difference side surface 15b and the outer circumferential surface 30b of the sealing body 30 while rotating and moving the rotary tool 50 such that a pin tip of the rotary tool 50 goes through the support surface 15a inside the contact portion 40 and the contact portion 40 is disposed on a flow side 50a of the rotary tool, thereby fixing the sealing body 30 to the jacket body 10.
