PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet for soldering having durability against repetitive soldering of several ten thousands of times by preventing occurrence of stress strain of the pallet for soldering caused by a change in temperature during soldering work. SOLUTION: The pallet for soldering includes: a plane base 11 holding a circuit board 21 with an existing mounting component 22 facing downward so as to cover from below and having insertion holes 11a for inserting soldering parts 31a of a new mounting component 31 to be mounted on the circuit board 21 from above and for infiltrating molten solder; a cap 13 for covering the existing mounting component 22 from below; and a locking member 18 having a length longer than a height of the cap 13, penetrating through the cap 13 to be fixed to the base 11, and locking the cap 13 to the base 11 at a locking part 18a.
