PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out or produce adenosine receptor ligands which have improved bioavailability. SOLUTION: Compounds of substituted 2-thio-3, 5-dicyano-4-phenyl-6-aminopyridines, method of producing them, and the use of the compounds as medicines are disclosed. The compounds show a valuable pharmacology active spectrum shown, therefore, are suitable for especially prophylaxis and/or treatment of diseases. Moreover, comparing with prior arts, the compounds have outstanding pharmacokinetics nature, and have excellent bioavailability by especially oral administration. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
