PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tire molding device joining easily tire constitutive members layered in an upper side when bonding the tire constitutive members different in widths, to be layered sequentially onto a molding drum, and a method of manufacturing a tire using the green tire molding device. SOLUTION: This green tire molding device includes the molding drum 100 with the second constitutive member (inner liner or carcass) having a width wider than that of the first constitutive member bonded on the first constitutive member (side rubber, rubber chafer or canvas chafer) constituting the tire. The molding drum 100 includes the first outer circumferential part 110 (side rubber outer circumferential part 111 and chafer outer circumferential part 112) bonded with the first constitutive member, and the second outer circumferential part 120 bonded with the second constitutive member.
