PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of removing both of virus and cytokine at the same time by using a principle of membrane separation. SOLUTION: A system includes: a blood flow path where a blood introduction port, a first channel, a plasma separation device, a second channel, and a blood derivation port are connected in this order; a virus removing device, and a first plasma flow path having a third channel which is connected to a filtering liquid exit of the plasma separation device at one end and connected to a plasma entrance of the virus removing device at the other end; a cytokine removing device; a second plasma flow path having a fourth channel which is connected to a filtering liquid exit of the virus removing device at one end and connected to a plasma entrance of the cytokine removing device at the other end; a fifth channel which is connected to the plasma exit of the cytokine removing device at one end and connected to the second channel at the other end; a sixth channel for discharging the filtering liquid connected to a position leading to a filtering liquid chamber of the cytokine removing device; and a seventh channel for reinfusion which is connected to one or some channels among the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth channels.
