PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding table wherein turning urging means is disposed so as not to interfere with other members disposed at a support bracket. SOLUTION: The support bracket 4 is formed with a storage space 24 where an engagement means 43 engaged with a leg body 3 and retaining a top board 2 in a use position or a folded position is stored, a side face in the upper part of the leg body 3 has portions 58 and 59 with which the engagement means 43 engages separately when the top board 2 is in the use position or the folded position, the support bracket has a partition wall 34 for partitioning, left and right, a space near the portions 58 and 59 to be engaged, the portions 58 and 59 to be engaged are disposed on one side of the partition wall 34, and the turning urging means 62 urging the support bracket 4 towards the folding position in the direction for turning the support bracket 4 is disposed on the other side of the partition wall 34.
