PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral mucosal patch which allows a drug to be efficiently absorbed in the blood and mitigates an uncomfortable feeling such as bitterness and stimulation due to the drug on taking. SOLUTION: The oral mucosal patch 10 has a mucous membrane attaching layer 1 which attaches to the oral mucous membrane and contains a flavoring agent and an edible water soluble polymer, a support layer 2 which is arranged at an outermost layer on the side opposite to the mucous membrane attaching layer 1 and contains an edible water sparingly soluble polymer, at least two drug layers 3 which are arranged in between the mucous membrane attaching layer 1 and the support layer 2 and contain a drug, a flavoring agent, and an edible water soluble polymer, and an intermediate layer 4 which is arranged in between the drug layers 3 and contains an edible water soluble polymer and a flavoring agent.
