PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable image processing terminal capable of avoiding data loss during module update. SOLUTION: A POS terminal 20 includes a control part 21 for executing a program. The control part 21 performs operation setting for executing a module update tool for performing update at a module unit and a specific application upon starting an OS. The control part 21 executes a setting change tool distributed from a server 10 through the function of the module update tool. The control part 21 performs module update processing by the module update tool according to the executed setting change tool, and executes the specific application after finishing the processing.
