PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auger ice-making machine capable of supplying ice chips having stable quality. SOLUTION: The ice making amount of the auger ice-making machine 20 can be estimated based on water temperature output by a water temperature sensor 93 for sensing the temperature of potable water stored in a water supply tank 10 and air temperature output by an air temperature sensor 94 sensing air temperature around the auger ice-making machine 20.
