<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeating type clip treatment instrument and a clip package excellent in assemblability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The repeating type clip treatment instrument includes: a clip provided with two arm parts with pawl parts formed thereon on a proximal end part, for clipping an object with pawl parts by closing the arm parts; a connection ring fitted so as to be moved forward and backward relative to the clip and provided with a tightening part for tightening the arm parts so as to close the pawl parts when moved to the arm part side of the clip; a connection member whose one end part is engaged with the proximal end part of the clip and other end part is clamped by the pawl parts of another clip to connect the plurality of clips; a sheath where the plurality of clips to which the connection ring is fitted are connected by the connection member and loaded; an operation wire connected to the last clip of the plurality of connected clips; and an operation means for moving the plurality of connected clips forward or backward through the operation wire.
