PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having electroconductivity in the thickness direction and the planar direction, capable of carrying out electric connection to an adherend, excellent in appearance and printing suitability and capable of decreasing the whole thickness. SOLUTION: The electroconductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is composed of a substrate 1 having an electroconductive layer 1a and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 formed on the electroconductive layer surface. In the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, electroconductive carbon particles 3 are compounded, and the ratio B/A of the thickness A of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 and the average particle diameter B of the electroconductive carbon particles 3 is in a range of 0.50-0.99.
