An orifice passageway that connects the first and second liquid chambers to each other is also provided. The device is able to achieve effective vibration damping effects against multiple kinds of vibrations of differing frequencies with greater reliability and durability. Modification of the tuning frequency of the orifice passageway (68) is accomplished by adjusting how far the inner orifice member (36) enters into the outer orifice member (48) to modify the length of the orifice passageway (68).</p>
