PURPOSE: A power generating system with a variable flow path device using tide force is provided to improve generation efficiency by automatically opening and closing two doors in opposite directions according to the flow direction of tide. CONSTITUTION: In a power generating system with a variable flow path device using tide force, a wall(21) is installed on both sides of a floater and a fixed structure. A metal net is installed on the front side and the rear side which are opened in order to prevent the inflow of foreign materials. Each door(23) is installed on side posts which are oppositely formed in the diagonal direction. Each door is oppositely opened corresponding to the flow of the current.
