INFORMATION DISPLAY PANEL

Provided is an information display panel formed by a first substrate, a second substrate, and a third substrate which are layered in this order in such a manner that a transparent stripe electrode of the first substrate orthogonally opposes to a stripe electrode of the second electrode and at least two types of display media formed by a particle group containing charged particles are sealed in an information display screen region of the opposing space between the first substrate and the second substrate.  Moreover, a linear electrode led out from the stripe electrode of the first substrate is electrically connected to the L-shaped linear electrode formed on the film-shaped third substrate.  An electric field is generated by applying voltage controlled by a drive circuit, to a pair of electrodes formed by the opposing stripe electrodes so as to move the display medium and image-display information.  This can reduce the panel frame width even when the connection terminals of the lead-out lines connecting the electrodes of the respective panel substrates to the drive circuit side are collected to one side or two opposing sides of one panel substrate.
