PURPOSE: A system for controlling and drying organic waste is provided to remarkably improve energy efficiency by recycling waste heat after supplying waste heat produced during deodorization and incineration of the waste after removing odor with a direction combustion method. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling and drying organic waste comprises the following: an automatic selector(11) sending organic waste into a mixing device after removing foreign materials from the organic waste; a mixing device sending mixed objects to a drier(12); the drier evaporating and drying moisture after heating the object with heat energy while agitating and transferring the object to one direction; a cyclone(13) transferring the discharged vapor to a steam cooler; the steam cooler(14) sending uncondensed gas to a deodorization incinerator; the deodorization incinerator(15) supplying the waste heat to the steam boiler; and a cooler(17) making the object which is completely dried. |
