PURPOSE: An inclination control system for a bicycle high-level road is provided to enable a bicycle user to conveniently use the system by easily controlling the inclination of a bicycle high-level road. CONSTITUTION: An inclination control system for a bicycle high-level road comprises a pier(110), a bicycle road(120), and an upper structure(130). The pier is installed in a foundation formed in a vehicle driveway. The bicycle road is installed on the top of the pier. Inclination control units are installed in both ends of the bicycle road. The inclination control units supply external force to a part in which the inclination is rapidly changed.
